By |August 28th, 2019|Categories: Social updates|

Cold but rewarding

By |January 22nd, 2019|Categories: Fishing report|

Date: 22nd Jan 2019 Weather: Mild, 6c, wind 13 Lake: 7 You could say that fishing in January is challenging but any opportunity getting out onto the lake to practice casting with new rods, plus practicing general water craft is good effort in my opinion even before a potential catch. Lake 1 is cleared for fishing

By |January 7th, 2019|Categories: Uncategorised|

Our Predator Lake, with Pike and Perch in had become too overgrown to fish. With Pike season now upon us, and a fallen tree making the only fishable swim unusable, we engaged Nash Contract Services Limited to clear around the lake, re-opening some of the old swims. There are now 6 areas to fish from. It's a snaggy water, but keep the fishing lines tight and you'll be sure to land a [...]

Not fished here for about 20 years but took my son for a night session last month. Very happy to see a massive transformation. Very tidy, very well maintained and my Boy caught a couple of decent fish too.
